Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Service Technician with a strong background in diagnostics and repairs. The successful candidate will work closely with mechanics and service advisors to ensure all vehicles are promptly diagnosed and repaired to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine necessary repairs.
• Effectively communicate diagnostic findings to customers in understandable terms.
• Utilize electronic diagnostic tools and software to enhance repair accuracy.
• Exhibit strong teamwork by collaborating with mechanics and service advisors.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake checks, and tire rotations.
• Stay informed about new automotive technologies and tools.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited automotive technician program

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models
