We are looking for a skilled Turbine Assembler to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and maintaining turbines, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Execute turbine assembly tasks, ensuring precision and quality.
• Review assembly drawings and specifications for accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Document any repairs or modifications made during assembly.
• Lead safety and assembly training sessions for new hires.
• Work alongside engineers to implement design changes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss assembly processes.
• Help troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship in mechanical assembly or a related field

Experience

• Experience with turbine maintenance and repair is advantageous but not essential.
