Job Description

We are looking for proactive and skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to enhance our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating machinery in a production environment, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production runs, ensuring correct materials and settings are used.
• Monitor machine performance continually and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct quality assurance tests on finished products.
• Ensure that all safety measures are strictly adhered to.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Preferred experience operating banding or packaging machines

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Skills

Certifications

• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with packaging equipment: Familiarity with various types of packaging machinery.
