Join our dedicated team as a Childcare Worker where you will play a crucial role in early childhood education. Your responsibilities will include designing engaging activities and supporting the developmental milestones of children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate curriculum and activities in line with learning outcomes and developmental milestones.
• Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating learning environment for the children in your care.
• Observe and evaluate children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress, including attendance and development reports.
• Collaborate with other educators to create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and policies, including child protection and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III or IV in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working as a childcare worker in a licensed child care centre or early childhood education setting.
