Job Description

We are seeking a Weave Room Supervisor to manage our production of high-quality woven fabrics. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising teams of weavers, with a focus on maintaining optimal operational efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the weave room, ensuring production targets are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of woven fabrics to uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance to prevent machine downtime and repairs.
• Analyze production data to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Engage in training initiatives to upskill the weaving team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a textile manufacturing environment, particularly with woven fabric production.
