Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing engineering processes.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Investigate engineering failures and propose corrective actions.
• Manage project documentation and compliance records.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of civil engineering experience, particularly in infrastructure projects

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Geotechnical Analysis

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Cert IV in Project Management
• Civil Engineering Technology Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Technical Writing Skills: Ability to produce technical documents and reports for engineering projects.
• Experience in Drones for Surveying: Knowledge of using drones for surveying and mapping purposes.
