Job Description

As a Block Maker, you will be integral in creating and designing various blocks used in construction projects. This role places a strong emphasis on both creativity and precision to ensure high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Design custom blocks according to project specifications.
• Ensure all production meets quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs.
• Work with team members to optimize production flow.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or certification in construction is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in block-making or a related field is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with CAD design software

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Physical stamina

• Previous experience with CAD software: Ability to create designs and specifications for block production.
