We are on the lookout for a skilled Arcade Technician to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various arcade games and vending machines, ensuring they are always in top working condition. Responsibilities

• Keep arcade games and machines in excellent working condition.
• Identify and fix technical problems in arcade machines.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on machines.
• Manage parts inventory and order replacements as necessary.
• Assist in the setup of arcade machines for various functions.
• Enhance player experience through proactive maintenance.
• Address customer queries and provide support in a timely manner.
• Implement new features and technologies into arcade systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize gaming experiences.
• Participate in training and workshops related to arcade technology.
• Document all repairs and maintenance tasks thoroughly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in electronics or computer repair is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years experience in gaming equipment maintenance

Languages
