• Support the training and development of junior nurses and staff.
• Advocate for patient rights and healthcare access.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Additional certifications in specialties (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics) preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine

Certifications

• AHPRA registration
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
