Job Description

As a Construction Site Crossing Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe movement of pedestrians and vehicles around construction sites. This position requires a keen eye for safety and the ability to provide clear guidance to site workers and the public.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic using stop/slow paddles effectively.
• Perform risk assessments and adjust traffic control plans accordingly.
• Educate site personnel regarding safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist with emergency response efforts if a situation arises on site.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance among workers and visitors.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license
• Certification in traffic control and/or safety (preferred)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in traffic management or construction safety.
