Responsibilities

• Control concrete pumping machinery on construction sites.
• Ensure accurate and timely concrete delivery to various pours.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to industry standards.
• Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safety and performance.
• Provide training to junior staff on best practices in pump operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with site managers and other workers to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep up-to-date with new techniques and equipment in the field.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant trade qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in concrete pumping

Technical Skills

• Advanced Concrete Techniques
• Health and Safety Compliance

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Safety Training Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of concrete additives and mixtures: Experience with various concrete mixes and their applications.
