Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Remodeler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for renovating and improving residential properties to ensure they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal Remodeler should have a strong background in building trades and a passion for home improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of residential properties for renovation.
• Design renovation plans tailored to clients' preferences and budgets.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Build rapport with clients, providing them with expert advice.
• Utilise tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Document all aspects of the renovation process.
• Adapt to changes and challenges as they arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the renovation.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Building and Construction (Building)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in renovations and home improvement

Technical Skills

• Construction Tools Proficiency

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
