Job Description

Join our innovative manufacturing team as a Grinding Machine Tool Setter/Operator. In this role, you will operate and maintain grinding machines, sharpen and smooth metal surfaces, and ensure that all production meets strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot different types of grinding machines.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Assist in the training of new employees on machines and procedures.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
• Collaborate with quality control to resolve product discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or apprenticeship in metalworking is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating grinding machinery
