Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Tool Operator who will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate will bring mechanical expertise and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and operate CNC machines to produce components with precision.
  • Conduct quality tests on machined components to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to improve machining processes.
  • Implement corrective actions for any operational issues encountered.
  • Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
  • Use CAD/CAM software to assist in programming and tool selection.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education
  • Trade Qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing
Experience
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines.

Advantageous

  • Experience with Robotics Integration: Familiarity with integrating robotic systems into CNC operations.
