Bolt Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bolt Machine Operator with experience in operating and maintaining bolt machines in the manufacturing industry. The Bolt Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring operations, ensuring quality control, and performing routine maintenance to maintain high standards of production. You will play a crucial role in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and precision are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Set up bolt machines and perform adjustments as required.
• Ensure efficient operation of machines in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct regular quality inspections of produced items.
• Document machine performance and production outputs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
• Assist with training new operators on machine operation and safety.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and upgrades.
• Adhere to production schedules and timelines.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certificate or diploma in manufacturing or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bolt Machine Operator or similar role.
