Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Shell Assembler to join our production team in Sydney. As a Shell Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality shells for various products. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are crucial in this role. You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating closely with other assembly teams to ensure optimum production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble shells with attention to detail and quality.
• Assess materials and tools required for assembly tasks.
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and team leads.
• Implement safety standards and reporting procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss daily goals and challenges.
• Feedback on design alterations that could improve assembly efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role

Technical Skills

• Blueprint reading

Languages
