In this position, your responsibilities will include creating and adjusting garment patterns, overseeing fittings, and ensuring production readiness, using your experience in the textile field to maintain our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed patterns based on design specifications.
• Ensure all patterns are adjusted for optimal fit and production feasibility.
• Utilize CAD software such as Gerber Accumark or Lectra Modaris effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to implement pattern changes and improvements.
• Analyze production feedback to refine patterns for future collections.
• Keep abreast of advancements in textile technology and pattern making.
• Document all changes and maintain organized pattern records.
• Train junior staff in pattern making techniques and software use.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field

Experience

• 3 years of experience in garment pattern making

Technical Skills

• Pattern Grading
• Sewing Techniques Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
