Job Description

As a Fountain Server, you will be at the forefront of our customer service team, ensuring guests receive prompt and friendly service. You will be responsible for managing the fountain, preparing drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and take orders efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve beverages from the fountain.
  • Ensure that all areas of the restaurant are kept clean and tidy.
  • Monitor and control stock levels of drinks and supplies.
  • Assist in training new staff on fountain operation and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Conduct regular checks on fountain equipment and report any issues.
  • Stay informed about menu items and specials to provide recommendations.
  • Participate in maintaining health and safety standards within the establishment.

Requirements

Education
  • No formal qualifications required
  • Food handling certificate is desirable
Experience
  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality is preferred.
Technical Skills
