Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store in Central Coast. Your role will involve managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance the shopping experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control budgetary expenditures and profitability.
  • Engage with customers to enhance shopping experience and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment.
  • Utilize customer feedback to improve store offerings and services.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Investigate and manage shrinkage and loss prevention.

Requirements

Education
