Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lockman to install, repair, and maintain locks, keys, and security systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert security advice to clients while ensuring a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain high-security locks and systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify vulnerabilities.
• Respond to lockout emergencies with urgency and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of local and national security regulations.
• Manage client relationships through effective communication.
• Deliver training sessions on security protocols to clients.
• Document all installations and repairs accurately.

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality of materials used.

Requirements

Education

• Tertiary qualification in Locksmithing and Security Technology

Experience

• Experience with electronic security systems and working with commercial clients

Languages

• English: Fluent
