As a Boot and Shoe Repairman, you will be responsible for expertly repairing and maintaining various types of footwear for our valued customers. Your role will involve everything from replacing soles and heels to restoring the overall appearance of shoes and boots. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a true passion for craftsmanship, ensuring that every piece of footwear receiving your care is returned in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs on various types of footwear with precision.
• Assist in training new team members on repair techniques.
• Engage in quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Provide customers with follow-up care advice post-repair.
• Participate in promotional events to promote footwear care and repair services.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience with high-end or luxury footwear is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of orthopedic shoe modifications: Experience in modifying footwear for orthopedic needs.
