Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Casino Floor Runner, where your exceptional customer service skills will shine. This position requires monitoring the casino floor, supporting guests, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the casino floor to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding gaming options.
  • Resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Keep the gaming area tidy and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Report any irregularities or suspicious behaviour to management.
  • Aid in the setup and breakdown of gaming tables for events.
  • Manage cash transactions and payout winnings accurately.
  • Strictly follow company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with other departments to improve guest services.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as requested by management.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Additional certifications in customer service or hospitality are advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in the casino or gaming industry is a plus.
