Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Newcastle team. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to create user-centered designs. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes, and developing prototypes that deliver a seamless user experience. Responsibilities

• Translate complex problems into user-friendly solutions.
• Leverage design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs align with brand goals.
• Integrate user feedback into design iterations effectively.
• Contribute to cross-departmental projects as needed.
• Assist with the development of user training materials.
• Develop presentations to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with accessibility standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Additional certifications in UX design are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles
