We're on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Hobart. This role will involve providing top-notch technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across the company. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries and issues.
  • Implement software updates and patches across the organization.
  • Assist in the management of IT projects and initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues and potential improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate training sessions on new software and tools for staff.
  • Back up data and maintain system security protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • ITIL certification is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
