Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via multiple channels.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and solutions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and improve support processes.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and new strategies.
  • Help maintain and improve the internal knowledge base for future reference.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in IT or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
