Job Description

As a Security Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in our operations, responsible for monitoring security systems and dispatching personnel efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the response to all security alarms and calls.
• Ensure that security personnel are dispatched according to established protocols and priorities.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members and external agencies.
• Monitor real-time security feeds and systems for anomalies.
• Assist with the scheduling of security personnel based on operational needs.
• Implement crisis management procedures during emergencies.
• Document and report any incidents and responses thoroughly.
• Foster a culture of safety and vigilance among the security team.
• Liaise with law enforcement when necessary to handle incidents.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management
• First Aid Certification

Experience

• 3+ years in a dispatch or security enforcement role

Technical Skills

• CCTV Operation
• Report Writing

Certifications

• Current Security License
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
