Job Description

As a Client Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will manage client communications, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service that meets client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for the client relations team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field
  • Certifications in customer support are a plus
