Job Description

We are seeking Adhesive Bonding Machine Operators and Tenders to join our dynamic team at Chip Masters Pty Ltd in Melbourne. You will be responsible for operating machinery that applies adhesives in our food processing production line. Ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee all adhesive application equipment.
• Ensure production lines are running smoothly by making necessary adjustments.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Keep machinery well-maintained and carry out routine inspections.
• Assist in the cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics.
• Coordinate with colleagues to achieve daily operational objectives.
• Uphold all safety standards to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues independently.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
