As a Worm Grower, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and harvesting worms to produce high-quality compost for various agricultural applications. Your work will directly contribute to sustainable farming practices and promote environmental health.

Responsibilities

• Harvest and package worms for customer orders.
• Train and supervise junior farm staff.
• Research and implement best practices in worm cultivation.

Requirements

Education
