Manage pest control and mitigation ensuring crop health.
Collaborate with research teams on innovative cultivation methods.
Assist in the development of new vineyard property.
Ensure equipment and machinery are maintained and operational.
Monitor seasonal changes and climate impact on grape quality.
Prepare and manage vineyard health assessments.
Organize and manage annual harvest logistics.
Engage with local growers and viticulture associations.
Support marketing strategies through educational winery tours.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Viticulture, Agriculture or related field
Postgraduate qualification in Viticulture or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum of five years' experience in vineyard management.
