Job Description

Join our innovative production team as a Food Batchmaker. You’ll play a key role in the manufacture of margarine, focusing on quality control and process optimisation. A strong understanding of food safety regulations is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Mix ingredients based on set recipes for margarine production.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency.
  • Document daily production and maintain records.
  • Assist in training new staff on production processes and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Recognised qualification in Food Manufacturing
Experience
  • Prior experience in margarine production is advantageous

Advantageous

  • Experience with HACCP and GMP: Familiarity with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points and Good Manufacturing Practices.
