We are seeking a detail-oriented Roasting Machine Operator to oversee the roasting of grains. This role demands a proactive approach to equipment maintenance and quality control while collaborating closely with our production team.
Responsibilities
Control the roasting process for various grains, ensuring high standards.
Keep detailed logs of machine operations and maintenance activities.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
Work closely with the Supply Chain Team to manage grain inventory.
Ensure all procedures comply with company policies and safety standards.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in Food Processing is desirable
Experience
Previous experience in food production or roasting is preferred.
