We are seeking a detail-oriented Roasting Machine Operator to oversee the roasting of grains. This role demands a proactive approach to equipment maintenance and quality control while collaborating closely with our production team.

Responsibilities

• Control the roasting process for various grains, ensuring high standards.
• Keep detailed logs of machine operations and maintenance activities.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain Team to manage grain inventory.
• Ensure all procedures comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Food Processing is desirable

Experience

• Previous experience in food production or roasting is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Roasting equipment operation
• Quality control monitoring

Languages

• English: Fluent
