Job Description

The Pepper Picker will be responsible for harvesting and sorting peppers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires attention to detail and physical endurance. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all produce meets quality standards and is handled safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Pick and collect peppers from the fields efficiently.
• Inspect peppers for quality and freshness before packing.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines provided.
• Work closely with team members to reach daily targets.
• Participate in training sessions on best harvesting practices.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license

Experience

• While no experience is required, it’s beneficial for applicants to have prior experience in farming or outdoor environments.

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate machinery
• Basic math skills

• Willingness to work outdoors

Languages

• English: Fluent
