Responsibilities

• Support Bushers in timber preparation and operation.
• Manage the logistical aspects of transporting logs.
• Ensure tools and equipment are stored and maintained properly.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to best practices.
• Assist in training new team members in operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in forestry or logging is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Chainsaw Operation
• Forklift Operation

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Safety Awareness

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Chainsaw Safety Certification: Certification in chainsaw operation is highly regarded.
• First Aid Training: Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
