Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend external courses for employee growth.

  • Support the organisation in achieving compliance-related training.

  • Report on training initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or facilitation
