Job Description

We are seeking a Computer Network Support Specialist to ensure the stability and security of our computer systems and networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to our staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement updates and patches for software and hardware.
• Assist in planning and executing IT projects related to network infrastructure.
• Act as a point of contact for users needing technical assistance.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies to enhance system performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA) are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in computer network administration or support
