Job Description

As a Biosafety Officer at Environmental Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring laboratory safety and compliance with biosafety regulations. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing safety protocols, and providing guidance on best practices to ensure the safety of all personnel and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing evaluation of biosafety programs and initiatives.
• Implement training programs on biosafety for new employees.
• Collaborate with teams to design safe laboratory environments.
• Ensure proper waste disposal methods are followed to protect the environment.
• Liaise with external safety consultants for compliance assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences
• Master’s degree in Environmental Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in laboratory safety and risk management
