We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to manage our housekeeping team on the Gold Coast. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with strong leadership skills and a focus on maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Ensure comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Evaluate housekeeping staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain supply inventory and manage departmental budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assist with any administrative responsibilities associated with the housekeeping department.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping
