Responsibilities

• Assess training outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS).
• Design and implement surveys to gather learner feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations in training content.
• Coordinate with vendors to explore new training tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field
• Master's degree in Adult Education is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a training or instructional design role
