Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee our supply chain operations in Perth. The ideal candidate will manage logistics processes, coordinate with suppliers and transporters, and ensure timely delivery of goods. You will play a vital role in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and transportation processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage and track shipments for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize supply chain performance.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Prepare logistical reports and documentation as required.
• Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or challenges.
• Implement improvements in logistical procedures for better effectiveness.
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving overall business objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Masters in Logistics or Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of logistics experience in a fast-paced environment

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Australian Import/Export Regulations: Familiarity with compliance requirements for international shipping.
