Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee our supply chain operations in Perth. The ideal candidate will manage logistics processes, coordinate with suppliers and transporters, and ensure timely delivery of goods. You will play a vital role in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for shipments.
• Work closely with transporters to maintain schedules.
• Track and report on logistics KPIs to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory audits and stocktakes.
• Facilitate communication between various departments regarding logistics needs.
• Develop contingency plans for potential logistics disruptions.
• Train and mentor junior logistics staff as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Masters in Logistics or Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of logistics experience in a fast-paced environment

Languages

Advantageous
