Responsibilities

• Utilise CAD software to produce and revise technical drawings.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to understand project specifications.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all draft documents.
• Test prototypes and models to ensure design feasibility.
• Communicate regularly with engineers regarding project updates and challenges.
• Assist with drawing revisions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Research new tools and techniques to enhance drafting efficiency.
• Prepare material lists and drafting documentation for project completion.
• Support project managers in meeting schedule milestones.
• Participate in site inspections as necessary to ensure design intent aligns with physical space.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in drafting, preferably in mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Certifications

• Certified CAD technician

Languages

• English: Fluent
