Responsibilities

• Participate in staff education and development programs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Participate in research and clinical trials as appropriate.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers.
• Manage patient documentation in compliance with Australian healthcare regulations.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the unit.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification in Nursing is desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred
