Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a unified approach.
• Conduct thorough competitors’ analysis to refine our pitches.
• Train and mentor junior team members in pitch development skills.
• Utilize feedback from pitch reviews to enhance future proposals.
• Nurture a creative and dynamic team culture that embraces new ideas.
• Provide updates to senior management on pitch performance and strategy.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Continuously improve personal and team pitch development processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Experience in sales and marketing is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g. Asana)

Languages

• English: Fluent
