Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Glaze Supervisor to manage our glazing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality control, project management, and supervising a team of glazers to ensure timely and efficient glazing work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of glazing materials.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of glazing tools and equipment.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and deadlines.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project updates and improvements.
• Foster a positive team environment and encourage collaboration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all glazing project-related queries.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in construction or similar field

Experience

• At least 5 years in glazing work, with additional supervisory experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Blueprint Reading
• Safety Protocols

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Curtain Wall Systems: Familiarity with the installation and management of curtain wall glazing systems.
• Estimating and Quoting Skills: Experience in preparing estimates and quotes for glazing projects.
