As a Project Manager with Leading Projects Group, you will be at the forefront of project delivery in Adelaide. You will be responsible for coordinating all project activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Perform health screenings and assessments.
• Support management of chronic diseases with educational guidance.
• Engage with patients to provide emotional support.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the team.
• Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff and students.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of nursing experience highly preferred

Certifications
