Job Description

As a Crystal Inspector, you will play a crucial role in our quality control process. Your responsibilities will include examining crystals under a microscope, grading them according to strict quality standards, and documenting your findings efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Perform in-process and final inspection of crystals.
  • Utilize various inspection tools such as calipers and gauges to measure tolerances and dimensions.
  • Identify and report defects or non-conforming products to the Quality Control Manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Engage in problem-solving for quality issues in collaboration with production team.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in inspection techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Document and report inspection data accurately.
  • Participate in safety and quality control training as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or quality control.
