Job Description

We are seeking a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality color pigments and dyes, ensuring consistent color quality across manufacturing batches.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and test color pigments and dyes for various applications.
• Maintain quality control throughout the production process.
• Provide input on production improvements and efficiencies.
• Document all processes and results meticulously.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss product development.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Requirements

Education

• Advanced degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the textile, paint or cosmetics industry is advantageous.
