Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Bag Presser to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining bag press machines while ensuring the quality of bags produced aligns with our production goals. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Provide feedback to management on operational efficiencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in machine operation is a plus

Experience

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Advantageous
