We are seeking a skilled and reliable Red Cap to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to passengers, ensuring their luggage is handled with care and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all luggage is securely loaded and unloaded.
  • Respond promptly to passenger inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Assist with the set-up of guest service areas during peak times.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
  • Organise luggage and maintain an orderly storage system.
  • Engage positively with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in hospitality or passenger services is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of airport management systems

  • Physical fitness and stamina
