Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Swimming Pool Servicer to maintain and service swimming pools for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pool cleaning and maintenance, coupled with a commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable swimming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical testing, and equipment checks.
• Respond promptly to client service requests and emergencies.
• Train and mentor junior staff on pool maintenance procedures.
• Assist in the planning and execution of pool renovation projects.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for pool services.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in pool management or related field are a plus

Experience

• Experience with commercial pool maintenance is an advantage.
